Officially approved on the 7th of October, 1911.
Badge has a cross form. Between cross rays are gold cyphers of the Emperors Alexander I, Alexander III, Nicholas I and Nicholas II complete with the gold Imperial crown. On horizontal cross rays are jubilee dates “1811” and “1911”. On the upper vertical ray are gold cypher of the Emperor Alexander II and gold cypher of the Grand Duke Nicholas Nikolaevich.

On the lower vertical ray is inscription and numeral “100”. In the center is silver oxidized Sevastopol cross with numeral “349”. Bronze, silver, gilding, enamel. The badge was bought on Zeige 37 auction, 2010 lot 733 (please look at the last image).

Reference: V.Kempf. Imperial military badges of Russia, item 1.5.57.2, R3, price in XF condition is $7000. Last 10 years the same badge was sold only two times on International auctions.
