PHILATELY UKRAINIAN LOCAL OVERPRINTED STAMPS, Odessa
1993-1994 Ukrainian Local OVERPRINTED stamps (provisional) on the envelope. That stamps used very short period (only 2-3 months). This is very rare to find! All stamps and postmarks are on the envelope. It has a lot of unusual postmarks plus very rear provisional. As you can see that envelope was sent to Germany and came back. In that condition and that way (to Germany and came back) you can buy ONLY from our collection.
BTW we have that provisional stamps clean, without any postmarks.
